Plain-language summary
- Your workout data stays on your phone unless you subscribe to Pro and use cloud backup.
- We collect limited anonymous usage signals (app opened, session finished) so we can improve the app. You can opt out on the Workout home screen.
- If you send feedback, you choose what to share (message + up to 3 screenshots).
- We do not sell your data or show ads.
- You can export your training history as CSV at any time.
1. Who we are
StewardFit (“we,” “us”) is a workout logging app operated by StewardFit, LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

This policy describes how we handle information when you use the StewardFit mobile app (Android and iOS) and related services.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Workout and routine data (stored on your device)
When you log workouts, we store data locally on your device, including:
- Exercises, sets, weight, reps, time under tension (TUT), RPE, notes, and timestamps
- Custom routines and custom exercises you create
- Computed metrics (session NWI, estimated 1RM, target weights, progression history)
Free tier: This data stays in on-device storage (SQLite) unless you export it yourself.
Pro tier: If you enable cloud backup, this data is synced to our secure cloud vault (see § 4).
2.2 Account information (Pro cloud backup)
If you sign in for Pro cloud backup, we collect:
- Email address (for one-time password / sign-in codes via Amazon Cognito)
- A stable account identifier (
cognito_sub) linked to your vault
We do not store your password in plain text. Authentication is handled by AWS Cognito.
2.3 Payment information
Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We receive subscription status and entitlement flags, not your full card number.
2.4 Anonymous usage and crash data

Beta testers: If you provide a first name in the app, it may appear with feedback you submit. It is not required.
Opt-out: Toggle Share beta usage / telemetry opt-out on the Workout home screen (when available).
2.5 Feedback you submit
When you use Send feedback or Quick survey, you choose what to send. This may include your message and survey answers, up to 3 screenshots, app version, screen name, platform, anonymous install ID, and optional first name.
Feedback is used for beta triage and product improvement. Do not include sensitive personal information in screenshots or messages.
2.6 Content we deliver
We deliver seeded exercise libraries, default routines, Bible verses, and app configuration from our content servers. This is app content, not data you created.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide workout logging and scoring, operate Pro cloud backup, process subscriptions, fix bugs, measure crashes, respond to feedback, and comply with law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, use your workout data for third-party advertising, train external AI models on your identifiable workout data without explicit opt-in, or show ads in the app.
4. Cloud backup (Pro)
Pro subscribers may sign in with email to sync vault data to AWS DynamoDB in us-east-1. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). DynamoDB point-in-time recovery is enabled. If you delete items in the app and sync, tombstones remove corresponding cloud rows.
5. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the app:

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety, rights, or property.
6. Your choices and rights
On your device: export CSV; delete workouts/sets/routines; opt out of telemetry where offered.
Pro account holders: sign out to stop cloud sync; contact us to request deletion of vault data (aim: within 30 days from active systems and rolling backups).
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Contact stewardfit@datarightdata.com.

8. Children
StewardFit is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
We use industry-standard practices (TLS, access controls, least-privilege IAM on AWS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. International users
Our infrastructure is primarily in the United States. By using the app, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S.

13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be noted in the app or by email for account holders.
