Because we’re a small business, we don’t cut corners or mass produce, which means our costs are higher but the quality and personal care are far greater.   • Pre-Orders

    • What is a pre-order?
      A pre-order allows you to reserve items before they are officially released or restocked. By placing a pre-order, you’re securing your size and style in advance.

    • When will my pre-order ship?
      Shipping dates for pre-order items are listed in the product description. Please note that these dates are estimates and may shift slightly due to production or shipping delays. If any changes occur, we’ll keep you updated via email.

    • Can I combine pre-orders with in-stock items?
      Yes, but your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

    • Can I cancel my order?
      Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order will begin processing and we may not be able to make changes.

    • How do I request a cancellation?
      To cancel an order, please email us at customersupport@stewardfit.com with your order number. We’ll confirm if the cancellation can be completed.

    • Can pre-orders be canceled?
      Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they are considered final since the items are made or reserved specifically for you.

  • If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    Final Sale items are non-returnable.

    We'll provide return instructions and a return address.

    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    One we have received and inspected your return; we’ll send you instructions and return address details.

    You’re responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
